  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 80 grams (3/4 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Finely chop the green onions and parsley. Dice or grind the chicken breast into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

2. Combine Ingredients
