Easy 5-Minute Pepper Jelly & Cream Cheese Bites

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sweet and spicy pepper jelly
24 mini phyllo pastry shells (store-bought)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or green onions (optional, for garnish)
Crackers or fresh veggies (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the mini phyllo pastry shells on a baking sheet.
Assemble the Bites:
3. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese into each shell.
4. Top each with ½ teaspoon of sweet and spicy pepper jelly.
Heat the Bites:
5. Bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes, just until the shells are lightly crisped and the cream cheese is slightly warmed.
